Two charged over Vic police train brawl

A teen suffered a broken nose and a train window was smashed during a brawl involving Protective Services Officers at a Melbourne train station.

The fight broke out after the officers approached a group of young people on Sunday night to warn them about offensive behaviour, and two young males allegedly responded with threats.

The officers used capsicum spray and another two young males also joined the fight that followed.

Police later arrested four teens and two of them, aged 16 and 19 from Tarneit, have been charged with affray and were bailed to appear in court.

Another two male teens, aged 16 and 18, were released to be charged on summons.
