Fireworks blamed for Melbourne blaze

Illegal fireworks are to blame for a blaze in a Melbourne reserve.
Fire crews were called to a fire in Illawong Terrace, Burnside, in the Isabella Williams Memorial Reserve, about 3.40am on Tuesday.
It's believed to be linked to Monday's Chinese New Year celebrations.
