Former Bandidos enforcer Toby Mitchell back in court

An ex-Bandidos enforcer accused of threatening to kill another man and his young daughter is expected to appear before a Melbourne court on Wednesday.

Former sergeant-of-arms Toby Mitchell is listed for a committal mention in the Melbourne Magistrates Court.

Police allege Mitchell, 40, punched the man and demanded $300,000 at a busy South Melbourne cafe in January before threatening to kill him and his young daughter with a gun.

Facing a string of charges, Mitchell is expected to plead guilty to assault but deny brandishing a gun.
