Elderly Vic man dies after car accident

An elderly man has died in a Melbourne hospital from injuries sustained when he was knocked down by a reversing car last month.
The 92-year-old Pascoe Vale man suffered serious head injuries when he was knocked to the ground by a car reversing out of a car park in the Melbourne suburb of Hadfield on February 9.
He was being treated at Royal Melbourne Hospital, but died on Saturday morning.

The 62-year-old driver of the car has been assisting police.
