A driver has died in a fiery crash after losing control of their car in northern Victoria overnight.
Emergency services were called to the intersection of Echuca-Mitiamo Road and Wharparilla Road, Echuca West, after reports of a car on fire about 1.30am.

The vehicle’s driver, who has not been identified, was found dead at the scene.
Police believe the car may have lost control and run off the road, before crashing into a large mound of dirt.
Investigations are ongoing.
