Five men have faced court following police raids on Victorian properties which netted $3 million worth of drugs, along with sports cars and weapons.

The early-morning searches on Wednesday uncovered 16kg of the drug ice, about half a kilogram of MDMA, steroids and an unknown powder at nine properties.

Five men, aged between 22 and 53, have been charged with drugs, firearms and explosives offences and faced Melbourne Magistrates Court on Thursday.

A 35-year-old Longwarry man also charged with drug and firearm offences will appear in Morwell Magistrates court on Thursday.

High-end vehicles including a red Ferrari California and Mercedes Benz C63 were seized along with two jet skis, a motorbike, eight firearms including pen pistols and a "significant" amount of cash.

Superintendent Sharon McKinnon said about 120 officers were involved in the raids and police were pleased with the outcome.

The men were remanded in custody until July.
