Charges over crash that killed Vic teen

A man has been charged with culpable driving over a Victorian crash that killed a 16-year-old girl.
The 20-year-old Clifton Springs man is accused of being behind the wheel of a Nissan four-wheel-drive when it rolled off Frys Road at Gellibrand last November, killing the girl and injuring an 18-year-old woman.
The man has been bailed to appear in the Shepparton Magistrates Court on July 20.
