Charges for 2003 gangland murder

The man accused of murdering Melbourne gangland figure Graham "The Munster" Kinniburgh has faced court 12 years after his death.
Stephen John Asling, 55, was arrested in Anakie, near Geelong, on Wednesday and charged with one count of murder.
Kinniburgh was ambushed and shot dead outside his Kew home, in the city's inner east, in December 2003.

Asling faced court on Wednesday and will reappear at the Melbourne Magistrates Court on January 27.
Dozens were killed during Melbourne's gangland war, which stretched until drug figure Carl Williams was killed in jail in 2010.
