CFMEU fined over Melbourne blockade

A CFMEU official "not in the least troubled about breaking the law" has been fined for blockading a multi-billion dollar Victorian rail project.
Joe Myles and 20 other people parked nine vehicles across the entrance to the Regional Rail Link site in Melbourne in May 2013, preventing concrete company Boral from delivering concrete.
Federal Court Justice Debra Mortimer on Friday said Mr Myles was unconcerned about breaking the law, and fined him $18,000 and the CFMEU $60,000.
