Cannabis operation foiled by Vic police

Two women have been charged after police uncovered a large haul of cannabis plants inside a Melbourne house.
Thi Viet Le, 20, and Tien Thuy Hoang, 25, were both charged with cultivation of a commercial quantity of a narcotic plant after police uncovered 219 plants in a Sunbury home on Thursday.
Four properties in the same suburb have been raided since March, with police discovering a total of 486 cannabis plants.
