Candle sets house ablaze in Melbourne

An overturned candle has caused a house fire in Melbourne's north, leaving a woman with burns to her hands.
Flames engulfed two rooms and the roof space of the Jacana house just before 9pm on Thursday but fire crews stopped it spreading to nearby properties.
The occupants escaped the blaze but a 65-year-old woman was treated by paramedics for burns to her hands before she was taken to hospital.
