Callous ruse injures Victorian motorist

A man has been pinned between two cars after being tricked into believing his car had a flat tyre in Melbourne.

Police say the man was driving on the Mornington-Peninsula Freeway in Bangholme on Friday night when another car pulled up next to them and told him he had a flat rear tyre.

He got out of the car to check the tyre and the other driver reversed into him, pinning him between the two cars before driving away.
