Two brothers have appeared in court charged over an attack where a man was racially abused and beaten unconscious in Melbourne.
Craigieburn man James Bruce, 20, and his 19-year-old brother Matthew appeared in the Melbourne Magistrates Court on Monday charged with assaulting the man near a club in Prahran last year.
The brothers' defence lawyer, Jessie Smith, told the court her clients intend to plead guilty at their next appearance in September.
