Brazen Vic thief flees with cash

A brazen thief has fled with handfuls of cash after threatening staff with a knife at a Melbourne supermarket.

Brandishing the knife, the man demanded staff at the Carrum Downs supermarket give him cash from a till just after 7pm on Sunday.

Police say the investigation is continuing.
