Body washes up on Phillip Island

The body of an elderly man has washed up on Phillip Island, off the southern Victorian coast.
Police are yet to identify the man, aged between 65 to 70, whose body was found in the surf across the road from a bar in Cowes, the island's main township on the northern tip.
The man has grey hair, a heavy build with no tattoos or scars.
