Body found in regional Victorian dam

A body has been found in a dam in regional Victoria.

The body was discovered at Mount Clear, near Ballarat, at around 10am on Monday.

Police say it's still unclear if the death is suspicious.

Police said the body has been identified as a local man aged in his 50s.
