A woman has had to be subdued with pepper spray after numerous attempts to stop her driving erratically in Melbourne's CBD were ignored.
The woman was reported looking unwell by a member of the public on Russell St, and as police activated their lights, the woman drove off and refused to stop, making several erratic u-turns after 10:30am on Tuesday.
Police had to deploy "speed sticks" and reportedly smashed two windows of the car before using pepper spray to subdue the woman.
