Alleged hoon ringleaders arrested in Vic

Three alleged ringleaders of Melbourne gangs of hoons have been arrested in early morning police raids across the city.

Police raided houses on Monday morning and arrested a 23-year-old man from Mornington and a 21-year-old man from Greensborough in relation to organised hoon groups the South East Skids and Northern Skids.

A third man, 21, was arrested in Mount Martha as part of an investigation into an incident where a 21-year-old woman was struck by a vehicle during a skids meet.
