4.8 magnitude quake off Victoria's coast

A 4.8 magnitude earthquake has struck off Victoria's south-west coast.
The quake occurred at 12.44pm in the Southern Ocean about 180km offshore from Warrnambool at a depth of 36km, Geoscience Australia said.
The seismology report says the quake was unlikely to have been felt on land and there is no danger of tsunami.
