An online fundraising campaign for the family of two teenagers killed in a car crash in country Victoria reached its $30,000 goal in just 24 hours.
Nikita McAlpine, 18, and Kelsey McAlpine, 15, died in the collision on Sunday at Omeo, in East Gippsland. The driver of the other vehicle remains in hospital in a serious but stable condition.
The GoFundMe page was organised by family friend Jessie Symons, who wrote on Monday she was "absolutely stoked" with the support shown for the McAlpine family.
