A Melbourne man has been charged after allegedly hitting a toddler and a baby in a hit-and-run crash in Melbourne's north nine days ago.
Two women pushing a pram with a two-year-old and an eight-month-old baby were struck by the car as they were crossing a road in Craigieburn last Monday.
The toddler suffered a broken leg while the baby was taken to hospital as a precaution. The two women weren't injured.
