A man has been indecently assaulted from behind while using a public toilet urinal in Victoria.
The 21-year-old was using the urinal in a Warrnambool toilet block on Tuesday when he was approached from behind and indecently assaulted.
Victoria Police on Thursday released an image of a man they believe could assist with information.
