Vandals destroy 50 Remembrance Day wreaths at Melbourne cenotaph
Police are searching for callous vandals who destroyed a floral Remembrance Day tribute at a cenotaph in south-east Melbourne yesterday.
Around 50 wreaths laid at the Pillars of Freedom Shrine on Clow Street in Dandenong were destroyed yesterday, according to police.
The site was ravaged by the "mindless vandals" just hours after a service to commemorate Remembrance Day, a caller told 3AW.

Police are investigating the incident.
