On Friday, he returned and is accused of using a mobile phone to film up women's skirts.

When police arrived, officers searched the man and allegedly found one gram of cannabis.

Police allege the man tried to get rid of a mobile phone during the search.

However the phone was seized and police allegedly found incriminating photos.

The man was charged with filming a person's private parts without consent and drug possession.

He was refused bail to appear in Parramatta Bail Court on Saturday.
