‘Underbelly’ actor Vince Colosimo charged with alleged drug possession

Australian actor Vince Colosimo has been charged with alleged drug possession, four months after being arrested in Melbourne’s north.

Police allege a small amount of methamphetamine was found on Colosimo, aged 50, in September.

He will face the Melbourne Magistrates’ Court next month.

Colosimo is well-known for his role as gangland figure Alphonse Gangitano in the 2008 crime series, Underbelly.

The father-of-two also starred in Baz Luhrmann’s The Great Gatsby alongside Leonardo DiCaprio.
