Uber e-bike dumped less than a day after Melbourne launch

It certainly didn't take long - less than 24 hours after Uber launched its new e-bikes in Melbourne, one has been spotted dumped in a pond.
A bright red Jump bike was tossed away in Carlton North.

A total of 400 bikes have been released for the trial period, which began yesterday.
Uber has warned anyone who misuses the bikes could be fined or banned from the rideshare and food delivery app.
