Two missing Adelaide children found safe and well

Two missing Adelaide children, aged five and four years old, have been found safe and well after disappearing from their home earlier today.

Earlier, police appealed for public help to find the children, after they were reported missing from a Pennington property.

SA Police has since taken to Twitter to thank the public for their assistance.
