Man hit in head with hammer in alleged Adelaide assault
A man has allegedly been hit with a hammer in an assault on two people in Adelaide's south yesterday.
At about 6.30pm, a man and a woman were allegedly attacked on Main South Road at Morphett Vale.
A 27-year-old woman was allegedly assaulted and her arm injured.

A 21-year-old man was allegedly hit in the head with a hammer, but his injuries are not considered life-threatening.
Police were unable to find the alleged attacker overnight.
However, they confirmed this was not a random incident, and the people involved are known to each other.
