Two more joint strike fighters join fleet

Two joint strike fighters have touched down in Australia to join the country's growing fleet of combat planes.

The jets arrived at the RAAF base in Williamstown, NSW overnight after a 20-hour flight from the United States.

Australia now has six joint strike fighters on home soil and another 10 at an Arizona training base, with plans to build the fleet to 72 planes.
