Two charged with murder of Victorian man shot dead as he sat in his van

Two people have been charged with murder after a man was shot dead as he sat in his van on a Victorian road on Tuesday morning.

Paul Hogan, 48, was pronounced dead at the scene in Labilliere Street in Bacchus Marsh.

Investigators had appealed for the driver of a silver SUV seen in the area to come forward.

A 33-year-old man and a 26-year-old woman were arrested last night.

They have been charged with Mr Hogan’s murder and will appear in Melbourne Magistrates’ Court today.
