Turnbull wears All Blacks tie

Malcolm Turnbull has made good on his promise to don an All Blacks tie in parliament.

The prime minister made a deal with his New Zealand counterpart John Key on the outcome of the Rugby World Cup final.

"I've offered him a bet on the cricket but he doesn't think the odds are good enough on that," Mr Turnbull told parliament on Monday, sporting a black and white striped tie.
