Truck stuck under Brisbane rail bridge cleared after six hours

Crews have spent the last six hours working to free a truck that became stuck under a bridge in Brisbane’s CBD this morning, blocking an off-ramp along a busy road.
The tall truck became wedged under the railway bridge at Boomerang Street in Milton during the morning peak.
The off-ramp at Boomerang Street and Hale Street was closed and traffic was diverted.

The Department of Transport and Main Roads has since advised the exit is now open and there are no delays in the area.
