Burning truck shuts down major Sydney motorway
A truck fire has shut down multiple lanes of a major motorway in western Sydney this morning.
All southbound lanes of the M7 have been closed at Cecil Hills after flames engulfed the truck just past Elizabeth Drive.
The driver was able to be freed from the cabin.

Motorists are urged to consider using The Horsley Drive and Cowpasture Road, or Elizabeth Drive and Cowpasture Road, to rejoin the M7 at Hinchinbrook.
The truck is believed to have been carrying a load of carpets.
Vision taken by a witness shows the truck fully ablaze.
