A man and woman face a four-week trial over the death of a 46-year-old woman whose body was found in a Perth cemetery lake.

Allan Bradley McIntosh and Rebecca Anne Hall appeared in the Supreme Court via video link from prison on Monday accused of murdering Diana Lesley Matthews.

Ms Matthews' body was found in a lake at Rockingham Memorial Park on April 29, 2011 after she was seen at a service station in Baldivis only hours earlier.

McIntosh and Hall, aged in their early 30s, were remanded in custody and will next face court for a status conference on September 18.

The trial is provisionally scheduled to start on April 20 next year.
