Police are hunting a man following a brazen robbery that targeted an elderly woman in Melbourne’s inner east.

An 80-year-old West Australian woman was withdrawing money on Toorak Road, in Toorak, about 12.05 pm on Christmas Eve when she was robbed.

A man, aged in his 20s or 30s, waited for the machine to dispense the cash before snatching it off the woman and fleeing on foot.
