Some of Hollywood's biggest stars have hit the red carpet in Los Angeles as part of the Academy's Annual Museum Gala, which was postponed in September due to the Israel-Hamas war.

Many of the celebrities in attendance have films that are looking likely to be top contenders in the Oscars race, including Leonardo DiCaprio for Killers of the Flower Moon, Greta Gerwig's Barbie and Natalie Portman and Julianne Moore who star in May December.

Meryl Streep and Oprah Winfrey were spotted holding hands on the red carpet, with both actors honoured with awards on the night.

And speaking of big films, the cast of Dune: Part Two have come together to promote the movie as part of a ComicCon event in Brazil.

Zendaya, Timothee Chalamet Florence Pugh and Austin Butler took to the stage, but it seems fans aren't through with throwing items at the stage, with Florence copping an unknown object right in the eye once she was on stage.

And after a lengthy break, Variety's much loved series Actors on Actors has returned.

Mark Ruffalo and Robert Downey Jr kicked things off, the pair co-starred as Ironman and The Hulk in the Marvel Cinematic Universe and Mark had a lot of lovely things to say about Robert.

Speaking of Variety, Billy Eilish is calling out the publication for a recent red carpet interview.
