'Really concerned': Brooke Boney's message to regional communities
This morning on the Today Show I took a moment to speak about an issue that's been concerning me, as the Delta strain spreads through Australia.
I've been worried about the spread of COVID-19 through regional and remote areas of NSW, and Victoria, particularly those places with very high numbers of Aboriginal people, because Indigenous Australians have more underlying health conditions than the rest of the population.

If you live in a regional community there is something simple you can do to help.
It's really important that you take the vaccines that are available to you, as recommended by your doctors.
People are working right now to get the vaccines to you, so when they become available, please, talk to your local health services.
