Matthew McConaughey is calling for change following yesterday's school shooting in his home town of Uvalde, Texas.
The actor and father of three shared an emotional message on social media calling on Americans to put aside their differences and find a common ground so no parent has to experience what the parents of Uvalde and the others before them have endured.
Countless celebrities have joined McConaughey on social media to speak out about the tragedy saying it's time for us to move from thoughts and prayers to policy and change.

In other entertainment news, there's new Ed Sheeran music on the way.
The singer has announced he will be dropping the tour edition of his 'Equals' album this Friday.
It will include two brand new tracks which he shared a sneak peek of on social media.
Both of these songs will come out on Friday on a repackaged album and two other brand new songs.
