Dickie remembers the late, great Robert Redford
In sad news out of Hollywood overnight, legendary leading man Robert Redford has passed away aged 89.
Remembered for roles in Butch Cassidy and the Sundance Kid , The Way We Were and All the President's Men, just to name a few, Redford is being remembered as an icon of the big screen.
"There just so many wonderful films and he did it all with grace and elegance and seemingly with ease, but he was just a class act and an absolute icon - it's the only word," Nine entertainment editor Richard Wilkins said.

"He also produced so many films and won every conceivable award you can imagine, including the Presidential Medal of Honour and he directed a whole bunch of films including The Horse Whisperer and The Legend of Bagger Vance and A River Runs Through It.
"He did it all and also established the Sundance Film Festival which became this huge mecca for independent filmmakers - He was immensely talented, devilishly handsome and just an inspiration to all, Robert Redford, rest in peace sir and thank you for the wonderful movies."
