Stevie visits Niagara Falls

Niagara Falls is a group of three waterfalls at the southern end of Niagara Gorge, between Ontario, Canadian province, and NY state, US. The biggest is Horseshoe Falls or Canadian Falls, then there are American Falls and the smallest one, the Bridal Veil Falls. Horseshoe Falls include the international border between Canada and US, while American Falls and Bridal Veil Falls are on US side.

The Horseshoe Falls drop about 57 metres and is about 790 metres wide. The average flow over Horseshoe Falls is approximately 2,800 cubic metres per second. American Falls’ height is between 21 and 30 metres and they are 320 metres wide. The Bridal Veil Falls, the smallest waterfalls, is located between Luna Island and Goat Island on US side. It’s only 17 metres wide.

Nowadays, approximately 14 millions people visit Niagara Falls (Canadian side) every year.
