While all the opinion polls are pointing to a Labor win tomorrow night, Peter Dutton is still full of belief that he can steer the Coalition to victory.

"The response that we've had at pre-poll has been pretty remarkable. And that, frankly, is across the board with our marginal seat members.

"We've got incredibly hard-working local members who have knocked on doors.

"They've got higher name ID than their Labor candidates... I think there are some really big surprises that you'll see on Saturday night and seats that probably haven't been in play for a while, that I think we have a real chance of picking up."
