Trouble magnet or media campaign? Andrews debate rumbles on
A newly-surfaced ambulance report has thrust a 2013 collision between a car driven by Victoria Premier Daniel Andrews' wife Catherine and cyclist back into the spotlight.
ALP National President Wayne Swan told Today the ongoing interest around the decade-old crash is another example of a media campaign against the Victorian Premier.
But 3AW host Neil Mitchell disagreed and said Andrews "is a trouble magnet for Labor".

"I bet Dan Andrews will be gone within six months," Mitchell told Swan.
"He is too much of a diversion for Labor, he is a trouble magnet, he's gone."
Mitchell was so confident Andrews would be out of the state's top job he said if he lost the bet, he'd vote for the Greens and if Swan lost, he'd have to vote for the Liberals.
"I am not a betting man and I'm not voting Green or Liberal myself," Swan replied.
"He is a fine Premier and he will serve as long as the electorate allows him - Notwithstanding the smash-ups that happen to him in the media, including with your good self."

Andrews and his wife Catherine have always maintained their innocence over the 2013 crash on the Mornington Peninsula, which left cyclist Ryan Meuleman, then 15, with serious injuries.
Victoria Police did not lay any charges against either party at the time. Meuleman is now pursuing legal action over the incident.
