Crowded House have been confirmed as the opening act for the 2026 Australian Open.
The iconic Aussie rockers will take centre stage at Rod Laver Arena on Saturday, January 17, the night before the main draw begins to kick off the tournament in electrifying style.
They will join a star studded musical line-up, which includes The Veronicas, The Kid Laroi and Renee Rapp, with tickets selling fast.

The Australian Open will be streaming live and free on Nine and 9Now.
And over in New York City, there was a whole lot of laughs for Saturday Night Live's final episode for the year, hosted by Ariana Grande for the third time.
She certainly brought her signature charm and humour, taking on the likeness of Katy Perry, Celine Dion and even a little Kevin from Home Alone.
Grande even channelled her friend, mentor and Queen of Christmas, Mariah Carey, for her opening monologue.

The episode had no shortage of pop star power, with none other than Cher as a musical guest, making her first appearance on the show in nearly 40 years.
There was also a tearful goodbye with the episode marking fan favourite cast member and Wicked star Bowen Yang's final show.
