Revealed: This week's best supermarket deals and specials
This week's best supermarket buys include $3 Qukes, $1.90 Weet Bix, $1.20 asparagus, $1.99 a kilo bananas, $2 Tim Tams and a kilo of spring rolls for $5.75.
A price war has broken out on Frozen Pizzas, with Woolies scoring a narrow win at $3.50 ahead of Coles at $3.95 and Aldi at $3.99.
Coles is repeating its very popular 10 per cent discount on Coles Mastercard gift cards (in store only, while stocks last), which you can turn into a 10 per cent discount off groceries or petrol if you use them for your next supermarket shop or tank of fuel.

Aldi came up trumps in the majority of 30-plus categories surveyed thanks to its price-first strategy - although it also has some ritzy Christmas specials going live on Wednesday such as lobster tails (two for $29.99).
One Big Switch has picked out 'Australia's cheapest grocery basket this week', filled with the best bargains going live at Coles, Woolworths and Aldi from Wednesday.
Shoppers can use this list as the starting point for their own and pick and choose where they shop based on which specials they really want this week.

Who has the biggest deals this week?
Shop at Aldi for the best deals on bananas ($1.99/kg), tissues (224 for 99c), pink lady apples ($1.99/kg), Tim Tams ($2) and Dishwashing tabs (30 for $4.29).
Aldi's also gone festive with lobster tails ($30 for 2), Christmas pudding (700g $14.99), mince pies (6 for $4.99), 3.8kg Turkey for $28.99, and a 1.5kg Turducken for $29.99.
Shop at Coles for the best deals on popular categories such as rice (5kg for $9.50), Weet Bix ($1.90 for 575g), Thins ($1.75), 24 cans of Coke for $16.50 and spring rolls ($5.75/kg).
Coles also has a range of half-price lollies (for Halloween), plus 10 per cent off $100 Coles Mastercard gift cards, which could get you 10 per cent off your next grocery shop.
Shop at Woolies for the best deals on popular categories such as asparagus ($1.20), ham ($3.20), Qukes ($3), broccolini ($2) and Bulla ice cream ($4.25 for 2L).
Woolies also has half-price Bonds ladies socks and jocks for blokes, a range of half-price Swisse vitamins, and a half-price Oral-B electric toothbrush for $50.

We have not listed every special or 50 per cent discount from all three supermarkets, nor every low price.
To simplify things, we've boiled it down to what we consider the best specials and everyday prices advertised on the most popular grocery products, based on information provided by Coles, Woolworths, Aldi and the Australian Bureau of Statistics.
To decide which specials were the winners this week, we looked at a combination of unit pricing, practicality of packaging size, popularity and seasonality.
If an everyday price was cheaper than all the specials this week, we chose the everyday priced item unless stated.
Where two supermarkets have identical or very close prices on similar products, such as Smiths Crisps and Doritos, we've called it a tie.
We've based our analysis on catalogues for Sydney, postcode 2000 - but be aware that catalogues in some states may differ.
