Three hospitalised after head-on crash in Sydney's south

Three people have been hospitalised after a head-on crash in Sydney's south early this morning.

Police say the crash occurred at about 12.30am when a Holden Astra and Toyota Corolla collided on Dobell Road at Claymore.

The 22-year-old female driver of the Astra sustained minor injuries to her neck and both legs, while her 24-year-old male passenger suffered internal injuries.

The driver of the Corolla, a 56-year-old woman, suffered minor injuries.

All three were treated at the scene by paramedics before being taken to Liverpool Hospital.

The crash investigation unit is investigating the accident and ask anyone who witnessed it to contact Crime Stoppers on 1800 333 000.
