This husky is unimpressed by your Christmas spirit

There is a pup in the UK who definitely doesn’t think Christmas is the most wonderful time of the year.

Anuka – or “angery husko” as he’s sometimes affectionately known – is a husky living in the West Midlands of England with his owner Jasmine Milton, and is perpetually grumpy.

The lovable husky was less than impressed when Ms Milton dressed him up for the silly season.

“Merry Christmas.... or whatever,” Ms Milton captioned a photo on Instagram of Anuka staring down the camera, clearly not pleased with the reindeer ears on his head and festive scarf wrapped around his neck.

Not even a treat could lift his Christmas spirit, with another photo showing Anuka refusing to be cheered up by the offer of a biscuit.

Apparently Anuka doesn’t like Christmas, even when he’s costume-free and inside in the warmth. “He’s not a fan of Christmas too much because of the food he’s not allowed to eat and he gets yelled at if he goes too close to decorations,” Ms Milton told UniLad.

“Christmas Day he sulks in my room and doesn’t come out usually… Unless I buy him presents!”

The Christmas themed photos have gained Anuka plenty of attention, with around 7000 likes on every picture, but it’s not the first time the pup has gone viral.

Anuka, who has more than 60,000 followers on Instagram, first rose to internet fame in June 2015 when Ms Milton posted a set of photos of him to Twitter.

“So I pretended to throw a ball and caught the exact moment my dog realised I had betrayed him…” she wrote.

There were four photos attached to the post, the last two of which show Anuka looking extremely unimpressed with his owner.

The tweet was retweeted more than 14,000 times.

These days Anuka has a very busy schedule and is in high-demand as a model for various photoshoots.
