Two masked men have stolen more than $20,000 worth of cigarettes from a Chinese supermarket in Melbourne’s CBD this morning.

CCTV obtained by 9NEWS shows two men raiding the shelves, making several trips to a silver car to dump the stolen goods.

The offenders then fled the scene in a car towards Dudley Street.

Owner Lanlai Yao, speaking through an interpreter, told 9NEWS he was “devastated”.

“I feel very upset because bad things always happen.”

Mr Yao said robbers had targeted his store last month, and stole a large amount of cash and cigarettes.

In separate ram-raids hours earlier, two chemists on Heidelberg Road, Ivanhoe, were targeted.

CCTV filmed a BMW reversing into Mount’s Pharmacy multiple times at 4am. The thieves entered the store and stole Chanel perfume, police said.

“What’s happening to society? What’s happening to people’s heads when they do this,” Mount’s Pharmacy owner Anna Lomonico said.

The robbers are believed to have then driven to Chemist Warehouse where thousands of dollars’ worth of designer perfume was stolen.

Authorities continue to investigate if there are any links between the two robberies.
