The original Wiggles are pulling on their skivvies and coming to Melbourne, and are reserving their performance for strictly over-18s.

Following the success of a reunion performance at Dee Why RSL in Sydney in February this year, original members Anthony Field, Greg Page, Murray Cook and Jeff Fatt are coming to Melbourne on September 9.

“This is not a drill…. Over 18s reunion gig with the OG crew coming at you Melbourne,” the band tweeted.

While the venue is yet to be announced, the band have revealed all profits will again be donated to Australia’s Soldier On foundation, which helps physically and psychologically wounded men and women returning from service.

The foundation was launched in 2012 after the death of Lieutenant Michael Fussell in Afghanistan in 2008, who was killed in an IED blast.

Attendees can expect to hear all their favourites, including Rock-a-bye Your Bear, Hot Potato and Toot Toot, Chuga Chuga, Big Red Car.

Following the social media reveal, fans were quick to express their excitement on Twitter
