Teens charged after boy 'stabbed and robbed' in Kellyville

Two teens have been charged after a stabbing attack on a 15-year-old boy in Sydney's north-west yesterday.

Emergency services were called to a reserve on Wrights Road in Kellyville just before 4pm.

Two boys – aged 15 and 16 – and another unknown male approached the boy and allegedly stabbed him in the abdomen before taking his hat and shoes.

The victim was taken to Westmead Children's Hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.

A crime scene was established and two boys were arrested nearby.

Police conducted a search of the boys and allegedly found the victim's shoes and hat on them.

The two teens were charged with aggravated robbery with wounding/ grievous bodily harm and affray.

They were given conditional bail and are scheduled to appear at Children's Court on October 1.

A third male was questioned by police but released without charges.

Investigations are continuing.
