Teenager stabbed in brawl in Sydney’s west

A 16-year-old boy has suffered stab wounds to his stomach and head injuries in a fight in Sydney’s west last night.

Police were called to a unit block on Guildford Road in Guildford just before 7.50pm, after which a group of alleged offenders had already fled the scene.

The boy was treated by paramedics before being taken in a stable condition to Westmead Hospital, where he will undergo surgery.

Police are investigating.
